Effective training to learn to solve problems requires first identifying the elements or parts that are in the area where it is recognized that there is a problem, among which only define the most relevant:
• People both decision makers and those who suffer the consequences of the solution.
• The context or environment in which it occurs.
• The unknowns.
• The data or facts presented.
• The restrictions, conditions and requirements of the solution.
• Language, text, code or notation that is expressed.
• The methods, strategies, procedures or heuristics.
• The boundaries for the solution, etc.
